

You are the ONLY client in our studio during your session, we are
Sessions usually last about 30 minutes in the beginning weeks, but as
your fitness ability grows sessions will be up to approximately 45 minutes.
We ask that you sign a 12 month contract simply because we firmly believe to achieve positive, lasting change a one year commitment is necessary. The number of days per week you train will be determined during your consultation when we discuss your goals.


We offer complete body scans using a FIT3D proscanner.

By sticking to your personalized nutrition plans and Nick's unique training style we know the combination will be perfect for those wanting to successfully lose weight while learning to nourish their body with ONLY all-natural whole foods.

We also specialize in athletic meal plans. We take great care to teach young men and women how to properly fuel their bodies throughout training and playing at the next level, including gaining weight the right way.

These options both include check-ins and revisions
every 4 weeks.
